When the contract is signed and effective both parties shall respect the agreement. Both parties may purse the rights affiliated with this contract.
Party A ensures non relevant documents are uploaded with the agreement from Party B. The party which violates the agreement shall be responsible for regulative issues.
The initial version of the website shall be finalized on date____________.
During the effective period of this contract, Party A shall design and update the website according to the agreement with Party B.
Party B shall provide documents and pictures that are required for website development. Party A is responsible for design and upload.
The addendum, changes, or termination to this contract is carried out when both parties have agreed to do so.
Party B shall pay Party A 50% of the service fee upon the contract is signed. The rest 50% of the service fee shall be paid when the website is active on the Internet.
Party A will not return the payment after it has completed the design and uploading when Party B attempts to terminate the contract (on the condition of signed contract).
The contract is duplicated in two versions. Each party shall keep one copy.
